1. Nature of the Platform. Business Line is solely an Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketplace Platform operating as an intermediary under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. The products, services, courses, and offers displayed on this website/page are listed and promoted on behalf of the respective independent Seller, Service Provider, or Manufacturer. Business Line does not manufacture, stock, warehouse, or directly sell any product or service listed on this platform, and does not take title to the goods at any point in the transaction.

2. Seller Responsibility. All information, descriptions, images, specifications, quality, pricing, applicable taxes (including GST), delivery charges, estimated delivery timelines, stock availability, warranties, guarantees, after-sales service, returns, replacements, and refunds are determined and fulfilled solely by the respective Seller, Service Provider, or Manufacturer, in accordance with their own policies and applicable law. Business Line and its Affiliate Members act only as a promotional/advertising channel and do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any claim made by a Seller, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, deficiency in service, or dispute arising from such listings.

3. Pricing and Taxes. Prices, discounts, offers, GST/other statutory taxes, and delivery charges displayed subject to change by the Seller without prior notice, in line with prevailing GST law and the Seller's own pricing policy. Buyers are strongly advised to independently verify the final price, applicable taxes, and all other charges directly with the Seller before making any payment or completing a purchase.

4. Grievance, Returns and Disputes. For any complaint, dispute, warranty claim, defective product, delayed/failed delivery, return, refund, replacement, or any other service-related issue, the Buyer must contact the respective Seller, Service Provider, or Manufacturer directly, as they remain the primary responsible party under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules made thereunder. Business Line may, at its discretion, assist in facilitating communication between the Buyer and the Seller but is not obligated to resolve, mediate, or adjudicate any such dispute.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Business Line's role and liability is strictly limited to providing the technology platform and affiliate/advertising services connecting Buyers with Sellers. Business Line shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of any transaction, product, or service listed by a third-party Seller on this platform.

1. प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की प्रकृति। बिजनेस लाइन केवल एक एफिलिएट मार्केटिंग और ऑनलाइन मार्केटप्लेस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है, जो सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 तथा उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (ई-कॉमर्स) नियम, 2020 के अंतर्गत एक मध्यस्थ (intermediary) के रूप में कार्य करता है। इस वेबसाइट/पेज पर प्रदर्शित उत्पाद, सेवाएँ, कोर्स और ऑफ़र संबंधित स्वतंत्र विक्रेता, सेवा प्रदाता या निर्माता की ओर से सूचीबद्ध और प्रचारित किए जाते हैं। बिजनेस लाइन किसी भी उत्पाद या सेवा का निर्माण, भंडारण या प्रत्यक्ष विक्रय नहीं करता, और लेन-देन के किसी भी चरण में माल का स्वामित्व (title) अपने पास नहीं रखता।

2. विक्रेता की ज़िम्मेदारी। सभी जानकारी, विवरण, चित्र, गुणवत्ता, मूल्य, लागू कर (जीएसटी सहित), डिलीवरी शुल्क, अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय, उपलब्धता, वारंटी, गारंटी, बिक्री-पश्चात सेवा, रिटर्न, रिप्लेसमेंट और रिफंड — यह सब संबंधित विक्रेता, सेवा प्रदाता या निर्माता द्वारा उनकी अपनी नीतियों और लागू कानून के अनुसार निर्धारित एवं पूर्ण किया जाता है। बिजनेस लाइन और इसके एफिलिएट सदस्य केवल एक प्रचार/विज्ञापन माध्यम के रूप में कार्य करते हैं और विक्रेता द्वारा किए गए किसी भी दावे की सत्यता की पुष्टि, समर्थन या गारंटी नहीं देते, तथा ऐसी लिस्टिंग से उत्पन्न किसी भी हानि, क्षति, सेवा-त्रुटि या विवाद के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।

3. मूल्य और कर। प्रदर्शित मूल्य, छूट, ऑफ़र, जीएसटी/अन्य वैधानिक कर एवं डिलीवरी शुल्क प्रचलित जीएसटी कानून तथा विक्रेता की अपनी मूल्य-नीति के अनुसार बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदले जा सकते हैं। खरीदार को सलाह दी जाती है कि भुगतान या खरीद पूर्ण करने से पहले अंतिम मूल्य, लागू कर और अन्य सभी शुल्कों की पुष्टि सीधे विक्रेता से स्वयं कर लें।

4. शिकायत, रिटर्न और विवाद। किसी भी शिकायत, विवाद, वारंटी दावे, दोषपूर्ण उत्पाद, विलंबित/असफल डिलीवरी, रिटर्न, रिफंड, रिप्लेसमेंट या किसी अन्य सेवा-संबंधी समस्या के लिए खरीदार को सीधे संबंधित विक्रेता, सेवा प्रदाता या निर्माता से संपर्क करना होगा, क्योंकि उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 एवं तत्संबंधी नियमों के अंतर्गत वे ही प्राथमिक उत्तरदायी पक्ष हैं। बिजनेस लाइन अपने विवेकानुसार खरीदार और विक्रेता के बीच संवाद सुगम बनाने में सहायता कर सकता है, परंतु किसी भी विवाद को सुलझाने, मध्यस्थता करने या निर्णय देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं है।

5. दायित्व की सीमा। लागू भारतीय कानून द्वारा अनुमत पूर्ण सीमा तक, बिजनेस लाइन की भूमिका और दायित्व केवल तकनीकी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म तथा खरीदारों को विक्रेताओं से जोड़ने वाली एफिलिएट/विज्ञापन सेवाएँ प्रदान करने तक सीमित है। इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर किसी तृतीय-पक्ष विक्रेता द्वारा सूचीबद्ध किसी भी लेन-देन, उत्पाद या सेवा से उत्पन्न प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक या परिणामी हानि या क्षति के लिए बिजनेस लाइन उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
