AFFILIATE PARTNER AGREEMENT

1. INTRODUCTION
This Affiliate Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the BusinessLine Affiliate Program.
This Agreement is entered into between:
Business Line Proprietorship
Office No. 211, Shivya Plaza, First Floor, City Mall 36, Mungeli Road, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India

("BusinessLine", "Company", "Platform")
AND
The registered Affiliate ("Affiliate", "Partner", "Promoter", "Member").
By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. PURPOSE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
BusinessLine allows Affiliates to promote:
Physical Products
Digital Products
Services
Courses
Vendor Stores
Promotional Campaigns
Affiliates may earn commissions from eligible sales generated through approved referral methods.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Affiliate Program, an Affiliate must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain a valid email address.
Maintain valid payout details.
Complete KYC verification when requested.
BusinessLine may reject or terminate any Affiliate account without assigning any reason.
4. AFFILIATE ACCOUNT
Affiliate shall:
Maintain account security.
Protect login credentials.
Update information when necessary.
Ensure information remains accurate.
Affiliate shall be responsible for all activities conducted through their account.
5. REFERRAL METHODS
Affiliates may promote using:
Referral Links
Unique tracking URLs assigned by BusinessLine.
Coupon Codes
Approved referral coupon codes.
Social Media Promotion
Approved promotional activities on social media platforms.
Websites and Blogs
Affiliate-owned websites and blogs.
Messaging Platforms
Permitted promotional messages through approved channels.
BusinessLine reserves the right to prohibit specific promotional methods.
6. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Commission may be based on:
Fixed Amount
A fixed amount per eligible sale.
Percentage Based
A percentage of order value.
Category Based
Different commission rates by category.
Product Based
Different commission rates by product.
Vendor Based
Different commission rates by Vendor.
Commission rates may change without prior notice.
7. COMMISSION ELIGIBILITY
Commission shall be payable only when:
Order is completed successfully.
Payment is received.
Fraud review is completed.
Refund period has expired.
Chargeback has not occurred.
All conditions must be satisfied before commission approval.
8. COMMISSION EXCLUSIONS
No commission shall be paid for:
Cancelled Orders
Refunded Orders
Fraudulent Orders
Duplicate Orders
Test Transactions
Invalid Transactions
Chargeback Transactions
BusinessLine reserves the right to determine commission eligibility.
9. SELF PURCHASE POLICY
BusinessLine may allow or prohibit self-purchases at its sole discretion.
Where self-purchases are prohibited:
Affiliates shall not earn commissions on purchases made by:
Themselves
Immediate family members acting on their behalf
Controlled accounts
Any attempt to circumvent this rule may result in commission forfeiture.
10. AFFILIATE PAYOUTS
Minimum Payout Amount
₹1000
Payout Frequency
Monthly
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
UPI
Other approved methods
BusinessLine may modify payout methods at any time.
11. TAXES AND DEDUCTIONS
Affiliate is responsible for:
Income Tax Compliance
Applicable Tax Filings
BusinessLine may deduct:
TDS
Government Levies
Other statutory deductions
where required by applicable law.
12. KYC REQUIREMENTS
BusinessLine may require:
Individuals
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Bank Account Verification
Businesses
PAN
Registration Documents
Authorized Signatory Details
Failure to complete verification may delay payouts.
13. AFFILIATE CODE OF CONDUCT
Affiliates shall:
Act honestly.
Promote products accurately.
Respect customers.
Follow applicable laws.
Affiliates shall not:
Mislead customers.
Make false claims.
Provide deceptive pricing information.
Misrepresent Vendor offerings.
14. PROHIBITED PROMOTIONAL PRACTICES
Affiliates shall not:
Spam
Send unsolicited emails, messages, or communications.
Fake Reviews
Create or purchase fake reviews.
Fake Traffic
Use bots, automated traffic, click farms, or traffic manipulation systems.
Cookie Stuffing
Use hidden tracking methods.
Brand Abuse
Impersonate BusinessLine, Vendors, or third parties.
Unauthorized Advertising
Run paid advertisements using BusinessLine trademarks without written approval.
15. DIRECT SELLING COMPLIANCE
BusinessLine Affiliate Program is not:
A Pyramid Scheme
A Money Circulation Scheme
A Chain Referral Program
A Recruitment Compensation Program
Affiliates earn commissions only on actual sales.
No commission is payable merely for recruiting, enrolling, or introducing new Affiliates.
16. PROHIBITED EARNINGS
Affiliates shall not receive compensation solely for:
Recruiting Members
Building Downlines
Team Creation
Network Expansion
Membership Sales
BusinessLine strictly prohibits pyramid and chain referral activities.
17. VENDOR AS AFFILIATE
A Vendor may also participate as an Affiliate.
Where a Vendor promotes another Vendor's products, services, or courses using approved affiliate methods, such Vendor shall be treated as an Affiliate for those transactions.
18. FRAUD MONITORING
BusinessLine reserves the right to investigate:
Suspicious Orders
Self Referrals
Fake Accounts
Fraudulent Traffic
Coupon Abuse
Commission Manipulation
Investigations may occur before or after payout.
19. COMMISSION REVERSALS
Approved commissions may be reversed if:
Orders are refunded.
Orders are cancelled.
Fraud is detected.
Chargebacks occur.
Abuse is discovered.
BusinessLine may recover overpaid commissions from future earnings.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BusinessLine grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials.
Affiliates shall not:
Modify logos without permission.
Create misleading branding.
Register confusingly similar domain names.
All intellectual property remains the property of BusinessLine or respective owners.
21. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Affiliate shall keep confidential:
Commission Structures
Internal Reports
Vendor Information
Customer Information
Marketing Strategies
Business Plans
Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination.
22. DATA PROTECTION
Affiliates shall not:
Sell customer information.
Share customer data.
Misuse personal information.
Any unauthorized data usage may result in immediate termination and legal action.
23. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
BusinessLine may suspend accounts for:
Fraud
Policy Violations
Spam Activities
Brand Abuse
Fake Traffic
Misleading Promotions
Suspension may occur with or without prior notice.
24. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
BusinessLine may terminate Affiliate participation for:
Fraudulent Conduct
Repeated Violations
Legal Violations
Reputation Damage
Upon termination:
Future commissions shall cease.
Unapproved commissions may be forfeited.
25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BusinessLine shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Business interruptions
Indirect damages
Third-party actions
To the maximum extent permitted by law.
26. INDEMNIFICATION
Affiliate agrees to indemnify BusinessLine against claims arising from:
Affiliate misconduct
Misrepresentation
Policy violations
Legal violations
Intellectual property infringement
27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under applicable Indian law.
28. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Exclusive jurisdiction:
Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India
29. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
BusinessLine may revise this Agreement at any time.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
